1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and lumba188 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). This Agreement governs your use of the lumba188.bio website, mobile app, and all related services.

By accessing, registering, browsing, or using any part of the lumba188 platform, you automatically agree to all terms contained herein. This acceptance takes effect from the first time you access our platform, whether or not you register an account.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the lumba188 platform only. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any balance refund.

During the registration process, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, mobile number, and active email address.

• Notifying lumba188 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposit & Payments

Lumba188 accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods, including online bank transfers, digital wallets, and valid local Malaysia payment methods. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the deposit page during the transaction process, and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account shortly after confirmation is received from the payment provider by our system.
• You may only deposit funds from accounts or payment instruments that you legally own. Use of another person's account is strictly prohibited.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Lumba188 members are entitled to withdraw funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions, which are in place to ensure the security and integrity of all transactions on our platform:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account that under the same member's name as the registered lumba188 account. No transfers to third parties are permitted.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed before your first withdrawal request is approved.
• Standard processing time is between 15 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the chosen withdrawal method and bank.
• Lumba188 supports withdrawals to all major Malaysian banks, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, AmBank, and more.
• If there is an active bonus with an unfulfilled rollover requirement, withdrawals will be declined until the requirement is met or the bonus is voluntarily cancelled.
• Lumba188 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals that require further investigation without prior notice if there are indicators of suspicious activity.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Lumba188 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral programs, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages.

• Rollover Requirement: Every bonus received carries a rollover requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover ratio is clearly stated on the promotions page.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may only utilise one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through hedge betting, multiple accounts, or other methods deemed unfair will result in bonus cancellation and potential account closure.

7 Game Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Inactive Account: Accounts showing no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee or termination at the platform's discretion.
• Upon termination, all account data will be retained for the period required by law before being permanently deleted.

11 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lumba188 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.

• Lumba188 does not guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without interruption, errors, or malware, although we make every effort to ensure optimal service availability.

12 Amendment of Terms
